MMeM, Vol.12 Issue 48 – JUST cheese?

Have you tried Hardee’s BUDWEISER® BEER CHEESE anything yet? If you have then you know where I’m going with this post. I’m sorry, but this sauce is simply fantastic and I have no idea how they do it. This beer cheese that they put on fries, burgers, and BACON burgers is simply amazing.

It tastes so much like beer that if feels like you’re breaking the law if you’re driving. I mean, it’s unreal. I literally thought I was eating beer soaked fries and started watching my 6 for cops ready to pull me over to administer a breath-a-lyzer or something.

Again, I have no idea how this sauce comes to be and I can only surmise that it is something done on a molecular level to mimic the taste of beer. In short, this is NOT a snack or side dish to bring to an AA meeting, that’s for sure!

Do NOT eat Beer Cheese fries and drive!
