ikipedia defines redundancy as; the duplication of critical components of a system with the intention of increasing reliability of the system, usually in the case of a backup or fail-safe.

I count 7 toilet paper roll dispencers, two hand towel dispensers, and one electric hand blow dryer.

Is this a case of engineering redundancy or a way to store extra bathroom fixtures?

Or, is this the bathroom within a salmonella-laiden tex-mex restaurant in Tijuana?
