MMeM, Vol. 10 Issue – 2 (XLVIII)

…rolled out the 6 man formation, err, set.

Remember when television studio shows had like, 2 people sitting at a table? Then, things got real crazy and many networks added 1 or 2 more to make 3 or (gasp) FOUR people sitting at a table!

Oh, as my parents will say, “Those were the days”.

Today, with Super Bowl XLVIII, that would be #48, the Super Bowl gives viewers more than just a re-education on the use of Roman numerals. Because now, you have to contend with even more dudes sitting at a table in studio shows. Whether it’s the NFL Channel, NBC, CBS, or crazy uncle FOX it’s now a true testament to the invention and introduction of the Wide Screen TV. For today, Fox 1 rolled out the 6 man formation, err, set!

Whoa!

Personally, I’m waiting for bleacher seating on risers. Then, watch the celebs bicker over top and bottom tiers like brothers and bunk beds.
