MMeM, Vol. 9 Issue 60 – #FAIL

It appears that apparently smokers don’t like to touch dirty smoke ridden containers any more than everyone else. So, we’re left with still smoldering nastiness and ashes everywhere.

While I think this contraption on the side of a city recycling and trash bin combo is a good idea, it has nonetheless failed. You can’t see it in the pic but smoke is rising from said container and emitting a terrible odor as I wait for my ride.
