Well, it\u2019s been an eventful week in general \u201cNEWS\u201d. First, we have MS implementing a pre-Bloomberg \u201cspillover<\/a>\u201d to ban all counties and municipalities from limiting the size of fountain soda drinks. Then we have AL trying to pass a bill allowing for the display of The Ten Commandments in public and government buildings.<\/p>\n

But today, we have the biggest and best news I have seen in decades. Punxsutawney Phil, the Groundhog who predicted an early Spring, has been INDICTED<\/a> in Butler County Ohio for the \u201cmisrepresentation of spring\u201d and \u201cwith prior calculation and design\u201d by prosecutor Mike Gmoser.<\/p>\n

Finally, news worthy of printing! Who can argue with this logic? This rat, err Groundhog, is GUILTY with this most ridiculous Winter ever. This Winter never wants to end and to be quite honest, got a real late start. We are nowhere NEAR a Spring. Period.<\/p>\n
