Anytime news breaks of BathSalts and cannibalism or hanging chads, one can be sure it comes from the state of Florida. Well, maybe that’s about to change.

Because from out west in the high mountain air, a new contender for cRaZy state title emerges. Colorado shuffles up the line and is currently tapping the state of Florida on the shoulder saying, “Uhm, excuse me but I think I have earned this spot.” There has just been craziness going on in the Rocky Mountain High state as voters look to make the tag of Rocky Mountain High much more of a reality than just a theory.

Colorado and Washington states both passed laws recently effectively making marijuana legal to possess and grow for adults. Albeit, small to moderate amounts but this is a far cry from what the war on drugs has spent billions against for decades now. There is so much more the saying, “If you can’t beat’em, join’em” than I ever thought. What’s next? Cocaine? Meth? Wow, is really just about all I can really say.

Then there are other crazy things popping up in the news concerning the 38th state of the United States on August 1, 1876. Recently two visits that the CIA Director’s mistress made to COLORADO are under investigation. Gee, what a surprise! Then, CO has a very angry and well armed populous when considering the senseless horrific tragedies from years ago and earlier this year. I used to think it was the “thin” air, now maybe it’s not a Rocky Mountain High so much but a Contact High instead.

But this race of the states to be the most idiotic is really getting heated. Now you have Texas who just passed a motion during the same last election approving the leaders of the state to SECEDE from the union if they so choose. What? What are they smokin’ in Texas? Fine, cease and desist all work on the southern border fence of Texas and start one on the top of Texas. It’ll get done quicker since the borders there are much straighter and flatter.
