don’t know about you, but I really like seeing local businesses and organizations doing great. Maybe it’s that age old adage of “stickin’ it to da’ man” or “takin’ it to the TOO BIG TO FAIL CORPORATIONS” or something, but honestly, who doesn’t like that? Ok, yeah, maybe Fortune 500 CEOs and what not, but anyway, you get my point baseless and empty as it may be.

There’s one local business that I’ve been frequenting and I’m really a huge fan of since they opened a few years ago. Cousin Eddie’s. I mean, I thought someone got a hold of my mental diary or journal. How could someone have such a brilliant idea that spoke so loudly to ME?

I love this place, whether it’s their food, their schtick, their menus, or the licensing deal they must have pursued to be able to pull this off! BRAVO all around. LOVE THIS PLACE!

The other day I was driving home after my monthly infusion and I had to turn around and double back to get a picture of what I thought I saw.

YES! It was as I thought. Bravo again! Way to go local business once again! I LOVE IT!!!!
